My own search for menopause wellness led to dedicating my focus to helping women transition as naturally as possible, physically mentally, spiritually and emotionally.

For as long as I can remember, I have experienced things I was unable to express.

a lifetime of De'ja vu, sensing things others could not see, hear or feel.

Not realizing this until I started doing some pretty in-depth study into what was happening in my own body; Achey joints, inability to run, tramp and walk down hill, I put down to 20 years of adventure guiding and high impact
on my body.

Not realizing this until I started doing some pretty in-depth study into what was happening in my own body; Achey joints, inability to run, tramp and walk down hill, I put down to 20 years of adventure guiding and high impact
on my body.
Moods, lack of focus, forgetfulness and the like were all due to stress and changing hormones.
My endocrine system was starting to unwind, reverse the child bearing years and replace it with the wise 'crone' years.
It is through my own personal journey with menopause I am able to understand yours.

Bringing together holistic health, trauma-informed practice, body and energy-based approaches, I help people slow down, tune into themselves, and explore practical ways to support their wellbeing. My approach is warm, grounded, and shaped by the belief that wellbeing grows through simple, meaningful experiences.

I believe wellbeing doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it begins with slowing down, spending time in nature, and having the space to notice what you need.
Sessions often entail a blend of these creating a 'uniquely you' session.
