Each month brings a new focus, our Menopause Chat groups are just for women, this is to support and encourage open and honest discussions about what we are personally going through.
Why are we are so tired, stressed out, forgetful and sore.
There is no doubt it is a physical, mental and EMOTIONAL time.
Some breeze through with barely a sweat, while others can't recall what side of the bed they got out of.
From time to time we have guest speakers come share their expert knowledge and educate us.
These might be ladies from our elder generation sharing their experiences, medical doctors giving advice on HRT, nutritionists feeding us tid bits of reducing glucose spikes or even personal trainers.
The guest speakers are varied, relevant and inspiring.

Hello Menopause is our 1.5hour workshop in which we cover sleep hygiene, what the heck to eat to support our nutritional needs during peri-post menopause, and the burning question of what blood's to ask for.
Blood work gives us a base line of how much your body is changing and which systems are really feeling the pinch. YES our hormones are changing but did you know that it's NOT just your reproductive hormones!
Mental, physical and emotional energy changes and these have a spin off effect on our entire body, it's how the endocrine system works - on a feedback loop.
