Not realizing this until I started doing some pretty in-depth study into what was happening in my own body; Achey joints, inability to run, tramp and walk down hill I put down to 20 years of guiding and high impact on my body.
Moods, lack of focus, forgetfulness and the like were all due to stress and changing hormones.
My endocrine system was starting to unwind, reverse the child bearing years and replace it with the wise 'crone' years.
It is through my own personal journey with menopause I am able to understand yours.
