Starting in May our first month invites everyone, men and women to come and learn the basis of what is happening during menopause, where we are tired, stressed out, forgetful and sore.
June brings a change, we close our groups to just women, this is to support and encourage open and frank discussions about what we are personally going through.
There s no doubt it is a physical, mental and EMOTIONAL time.
Some breeze through with barely a sweat, while others can't recall what side of the bed they got out of.
Being in midlife myself, I know what you are going through,.
My journey is why I have set up these groups, we cover everything from Perimenopause to Post menopause.

Each month we cover a different topic related to Menopause, we will have guest speakers come in and join us form time to time.
These might be ladies from our elder generation sharing their experiences, medical doctors giving advice on HRT, nutritionists feeding us tid bits of reducing glucose spikes or even personal trainers.
The guest speakers are varied, relevant and inspiring.
